The Villas at Safe Harbor Homeowners Association is an Illinois non- profit organization established for the purpose of providing services to our community members. Services include lawn and landscaping maintenance for homeowners’ properties and all common areas in the subdivision. In addition, the Homeowners Association is responsible for maintenance of the docks and infrastructure of the harbor. During the winter months, the Association provides for the removal of snow from resident driveways and sidewalks and any common parking areas.
The Homeowners Association is governed by a Board of Directors elected each year by members of the Association. The Board is responsible for all aspects of the business of the Association.
